1. Acceptance

By accessing StardomFans (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by StardomFans.org ("StardomFans", "we", "us") and is currently in pre-launch beta.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use StardomFans. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or guardian's consent. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it. Do not share your password. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. User content & artist content

Artists retain ownership of all content they upload ("Artist Content"). By uploading, you grant StardomFans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Artist Content solely to operate and promote the Service. Fans grant a similar license for any content they post (comments, tips, fan-room messages). You represent that you own — or are authorized to license — all content you upload.

5. Payments, tips & subscriptions

Paid features (subscriptions, tips, VIP tiers) will be processed by a third-party payment processor at launch. All transactions are final unless otherwise required by law. Artists will receive payouts net of platform and processor fees, on the cadence published at launch.

5a. Independent artist storefronts — marketplace role & limitation of liability

StardomFans operates as a neutral technology marketplace. Each Artist storefront on the Service is an independent business owned, controlled and operated solely by the Artist. StardomFans provides the underlying infrastructure — hosting, listing tools, embed widgets, and payment routing via our third-party payment processor (Stripe Connect) — but is not a party to the transaction between the buyer and the Artist.

The Artist alone is responsible for: (a) the accuracy, legality, quality and description of every product, ticket, subscription, fan-room, digital download or service listed on their store; (b) fulfillment, shipping, delivery, refunds, chargebacks, exchanges and customer support; (c) compliance with all applicable tax, consumer, export, licensing, IP and trade laws; (d) any representations, warranties or guarantees made to buyers; and (e) any losses, damages, delays, defects, non-delivery, mis-delivery, counterfeit goods, lost tickets, cancelled events, or disputes of any kind arising out of or relating to the Artist's store.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StardomFans, its affiliates, officers, employees and licensors are not liable and shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or otherwise — arising from or related to any individual Artist's storefront, the products or services they sell, or any transaction between an Artist and a buyer. Buyers transact directly with the Artist and waive any claim against StardomFans for any such loss or damage. Any dispute arising from a transaction must be raised first with the selling Artist; StardomFans may offer good-faith assistance but is under no obligation to mediate, refund, reimburse or otherwise resolve any such dispute.

Payments are routed through Stripe Connect direct to the Artist's connected account. StardomFans does not hold, custody or guarantee Artist funds; payout timing, refund policies and chargeback handling are governed by Stripe's terms and the Artist's own published store policy.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: (a) upload content that infringes the rights of others; (b) harass, threaten, or impersonate any person; (c) attempt to circumvent platform fees, abuse referrals, or scrape the Service; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. DMCA & copyright

We respect the intellectual property of others. To submit a DMCA notice or counter-notice, use our in-app with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512. We may remove material we believe in good faith to be infringing and may terminate repeat infringers.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pre-launch features may change without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StardomFans disclaims all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

StardomFans.org is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (ii) US$50.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StardomFans.org is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any disputes.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Third-party trademarks & embeds

StardomFans.org is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, Spotify AB, SoundCloud, TikTok / ByteDance, X Corp (formerly Twitter), Meta Platforms, Vimeo, Apple Music, or any other third-party service mentioned on the Service.

All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and product images mentioned on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is purely descriptive (nominative fair use) — to indicate that StardomFans.org can embed publicly-shareable content from those platforms via the platforms' own official embed widgets.

When you embed content from a third-party platform, that platform's own iframe is loaded and its own terms, privacy policy and cookies apply. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you embed and for complying with the source platform's terms of service.

StardomFans.org does not host, transcode, or distribute third-party copyrighted audio or video content. All third-party media remains on its host platform.
